I’ve wrapped up all the things I love about my laidback Queensland hometown in this gorgeous Ellie Whittaker design – it’s drenched in colour and nostalgia. From the vibrant shades of Jacarandas and Poinciana trees, the city skyline and Kangaroo point cliffs, to the old Queenslanders and gliding Citycats – if you’ve ever loved Brisbane, you’ll find so many things to delight you in this design (you’ll even find Keneena hidden amongst the city dwellers – can you spot her?) These medium luxe Totes are handmade in Australia exclusively for Kablooie store in very limited numbers, by ‘Designs by Emma’, a small Australian business.

Because of the durable plastic coating and handmade construction, This tote is sturdy enough to carry a significant amount of your fabulous stuff. Take it on your next day trip and get ready for the people to come up to you to admire your bag, and or just take it down to the local markets or grocery store and dazzle them! 

Totes are ready-made and will be posted within one week of purchase unless they are purchased with clothing that will be made to order.

Medium tote size:  full circumference of tote at top – 96cm, handle length – 91cm, bag height when sitting up – 30cm, bag base length – 28cm.

This bag is also available in a large size. 

It’s made from mid-weight non-stretch cotton, printed exclusively for Kablooie Store, thick waterproof plastic outer, and cotton lining in blue and red, with magnets for automatic closure, and an internal cotton pocket on the inside wall for your wallet, keys and other precious bits and bobs. 

It’s designed and individually cut and sewn in Western Australia.

Because these bags are ready-made, they cannot be customised.

I work hard to ensure colours are represented accurately on screen. However, please remember at times colours can look different depending on the device and screen you are viewing them on.

Each bag is cut by hand and individually sewn, from designer fabric printed on demand for Kablooie Store. Average turnaround time for bag orders is up to one week til postage, as items are ready-made (if your bag is ordered with a made to order garment or accessory, your turnaround time will be up to three weeks from order to postage, but can take longer at times of high demand.).

Tip: To keep your bag looking beautiful for years to come, be sure to air it out before storing if the cotton lining gets wet.  Bag plastic may have folds and wrinkles from storage on unpacking – just gently remove with a hairdryer or sit in the sunlight for a little while to soften the plastic and wrinkles and folds will disappear.
